"Srinivasa was a hardworking member of the Time To Market (TTM) team, and contributed
heavily to the team organization, project methodology and to the 3 of the four
product/project assessment streams. He supported SAP team with initial framework
mapping from Agile DevSecOps to SAP and metrics definition.
Srini is certified Google Cloud Architect and his many years of experience in
leading teams in Agile and DevOps delivery on OpenShift, AWS, and Google Cloud as a
Scrum Master and Architect.
He immediately learned the DevSecOps assessment framework, and worked on defining a
scaled onboarding methodology for the client assessment. This methodology was
adopted for all client projects onboarding. He also developed all the initial
kick-off materials for the assessments.
During the project, Srinivasa was able to organize and prepare client SMEs in the
delivery of all workshops for two projects. He was also instrumental in analysis and
documentation of all sessions, assessment ratings and recommendations. Once
recommendations were available, Srini worked diligently with the project teams to
obtain sign off. This was essential to the success of the project, since teams were
pushing back and it was hard to achieve consensus.
Srini was also able to help others during the project with metrics definition for a
project where data was not clearly defined and available in the systems, as well as
helping with the initial assessment framework mapping from SAP specific to Agile
DevSecOps client-wide framework. Overall, Srini made a significant impact in the
delivery of the client TTM project."

"Our Program: A 2+ year implementation of Video Services to cover over 3 million
customers across 4 components: (1) Software delivery collaboratively with client
engineers. (2) Infrastructure and CI/CD tooling delivery of Google Cloud Platform &

Srini's role was Architect and product Owner of the Frictionless Team, responsible
with the platform infrastructure, DevSecOps pipeline and associated capabilities.
Srini managed a team of 20 resources both onshore and offshore to build a complex
infrastructure on Google Cloud for a video streaming solution supporting 3 million
customers. He also led the team through a high paced project to rebuild CICD
pipeline from legacy Jenkins self-hosted single jobs per microservice, to a fully
integrated CICD pipeline based on Harness.io. He has received praises for his
ability to plan and take the plan to completion from the client manager and director
levels. Srini has distinguished himself at Client for his leadership abilities,
leading a large team as well as building new talent by guiding a team of 10 junior
resources in their apprenticeship journey.

lead perspective. In short, he has been an amazing addition to the team and a huge
help to the testing team. Starting in the beginning he helped us understand the code
merge strategy so we could come up with a proper regression testing plan. Throughout
the whole project Eda always did his best to be available when people needed his
help. He was also a crucial part of the project when we were trying to test all of
the dependencies. Without him, we would have missed a few very important defects. He
was also very professional through the entire project and was able to make wise
choices for important decisions. And Eda has always been a team player, taking extra

"As you know Srini Reddy’s last day on our team is Friday, April 25th. I thought I
would take this opportunity to provide you some feedback on Srini’s significant
contributions to our team.
Our project is a large complex project, with many moving interdependent parts, and a
web of business rules. At times we work on 3 simultaneous releases, one in
development, one in QA and one going into production – needless to say it is a
difficult situation to walk into. It was evident from the very outset when Srini
joined the team that he was going to be an asset to our team. Srini embodies all the
qualities the our team finds valuable in a team member; he has exemplary technical
skills, excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, is a quick study, pays
extremely close attention to details, possesses strong leadership qualities, has a
genuine concern for the overall quality of the project, and does it all with a great
attitude.
Over the period that Srini has been on the team he has gained the respect of his
peers, including those on his program team, and members of our Mainframe team, our
QA team, our database modeling team, and our business team. He has forged strong
working relationships with the various teams he has been asked to work with. Srini’s
ability to gain the confidence of the multiple teams we work with has greatly
enhanced the our team’s ability to meet it’s often time aggressive goals and
schedules of releases.
Srini exhibits a great ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies. In
the course of the project he has taken on many tasks that required learning new
techniques or quickly acquiring new areas of knowledge. This includes but is not
limited to taking over the service layer of our project. The service layer includes
not only a great many business details but several complex technologies including
the RRBus and inhouse object generation. Srini quickly became proficient in all
areas of the service layer. In leading the service layer objective Srini was deeply
involved with the business domain owners quickly proving himself a valuable resource
keeping track of all the excruciating details involved with this area.
In addition to guiding the service layer portion Srini shoulders great many other
responsibilities in the other nonservice layer areas of the project. He has stepped
in and stepped up anytime extra effort was needed in areas of the project that were
not his direct responsibility; this includes fixing view layer issues , developing
view layer classes, proving guidance to the database modeling team, executing
builds, managing source control issues, leading demos, and providing guidance and
support to team members. These efforts included some very long days and nights and
stemmed from Srini’s great sense of personal responsibility for the success of the
project.
Srini has also been invaluable in mentoring in five new developers onto the team. He
has provided KAP and guidance to the new developers helping bring them to quickly
become productive members of the team. He has shown great leadership skill by
engaging new team members in long working sessions. These sessions served to
transfer significant knowledge but more importantly acted as a springboard to
forming strong bonds amongst the developers and facilitating teamwork. He is
constantly an excellent role model for the other developers on the team.
It has been a genuine pleasure working with Srini and Our Team truly appreciates all
his effort and great work."
